Frasier Patisserie Course:

Duration: 3 hours
A sumptuous dessert dish, made with fresh summer strawberries and a delicious vanilla bavaroise, berry compote and soft Genoise sponge, this is the perfect summer patisserie course, and a brilliant addition to any dinner party menu.
The Frasier Patisserie Course takes three hours as you will be making the entreme from scratch under the expert guidence of a highly trained William Curley Patissier. The workshop will begin with an introduction and demonstration of how we make our fresh patisserie products and then it's your turn to get hands on, we'll even show you how to do all the fiddly chocolate decotations to go on top before packaging up in a patisserie box for you to take home and enjoy! Now you really can have your cake and eat it!

Venezuelan Chocolate Cadeaux Course:

Duration: 3 hours
A delectable entreme- a vanilla Creme Brulee centre is surrounded by a fluffy chocolate mousse, with rum soaked raisins and chocolate sponge base, all encased in Venezuelan Dark Chocolate...what's not to like?
Similar to our Frasier Patisserie Course this course takes three hours as, again you will be making the entreme from scratch, under the expert guidence of a highly trained William Curley Patissier. The workshop begins with an introduction and demonstration of how we make our fresh patisserie products, followed by your turn to make your very own Chocolate Cadeaux...including the chocolate decorations before packaging up to take home and enjoy! One for sharing...? Probably not!
