Truffle Making Course
Ready to get messy? A Truffle making course at William Curley's is an ideal gift or day out for any chocolate fan.
Held at our Belgravia boutique on Ebury street our expert chefs are on hand to guide you through the process from bean to bar, do you know where chocolate comes from? Have you ever tried cacao nibs before? Now could be your chance with a quick run through of the process from bean to bar and then a tasting of the chocolate that we use, teaching those tastebuds how to really pick up on flavour.
After a demonstration by one of our in-house chefs on how to make the perfect ganache for your truffles its now time to really get messy when we let you loose with the chocolate, but don't worry, we will be on hand throughout if you get a bit stuck.
You will be piping like pros before you know it, and once your ganache has set we will show you how to expertly roll and dust with cocoa powder before packaging them away in ribboned boxes and bags...
Held at our Boutique in Belgravia we can cater for up to TEN people. These courses are held on a Saturday at our Belgravia Store and start at 2pm.

Sea Salt Caramel Course
Always wondered how we get the gooey centres in those caramels and that lovely pattern on top? Book onto one of our Sea Salt Caramel Courses and find out how! Similar to our Truffle Making Course, you will learn about the process of chocolate from the cacao pod to the chocolate bar, along the way you will get to taste some of the world-class chocolate we work with, before being shown how to make your own Sea Salt Caramels according to our artizan recipe.
One of our expert chefs will be on hand to guide you through the process and you'll be able to take home your very own ribbon-tied box of Sea Salt Caramels.
